What it is, why it matters

Being crypto forward means you understand and use crypto. This matters because more crypto usage means more economic freedom.

How it works

It takes up 3 wallet addresses, looks at all the wallet(s) transactions accross ethereum and polygon, and awards points for sustained transaction frequency and completion of specific actions on-chain (e.g. swap tokens, bridge tokens, etc.). Etherscan's free API and labeling feature (contract addresses) provide the data. All data and calculations are verifiable on the blockchain.

How scoring works

The scoring formula is computed as follows: (activity period / 365) * (number of transactions) * (tasks completed)

Activitiy period: the number of days between your earliest and most recent transaction. When divided by 365 it will round up to the nearest whole number.

Tasks: a list of curated actions one can take, which increases one's score if completed

Number of transactions: the number of transactions for a given address

How leveling works

You'll fit into 1 of 3 crypto profiency levels based on your score:

1. Crypto aware: 0-99
2. Crypto competent: 100-599
3. Crypto forward: 600-850+
